Topic: Alaska Represenatives
Oct 18, 2007 Alaskans Need to speak Out by Carl Gatto, Of course he is speaking of Oil, he is an elected representative of the people. He said "I ask Alaskans to step up to the plate and speak out. Your testimony is no less important than input from the government and the oil companies http://www.housemajority.org/item.php?id=gatt20071018-318
I am speaking out as the USDA is considered government and that gives me the right to speak out per Carl. An speak I shall because I am also an Alaskan.
I wonder if Carl realizes that food sources are now becoming vertically integrated very much like the oil companies and he stated. "Oil companies always make money because they are carefully structured to be vertically integrated. Probably not because he doesn't have the TIME to read about how the USDA is forcing all us low life livestock owners into registering our private properties in exchange for a premises identification number with the Federal Government. And he got an award for being the Ag legislator of the year for 2007. Carl said to "speak out" but really is this man actually listening to the ones he just asked to speak out.
I wonder how he feels standing next to a corrupt law maker by name of Stevens. Http://carlgatto.com/Biography.HTML I told him the only person ever to respond on the NAIS issue was Mr Koring and this was all before I knew Mr Koring was under investigation. You should have seen him jumping around as if the deck was on fire. Funny how ethics play here, and the man even sits on the ethics panel.
All through his district information page, Coffee with Carl, he addresses us in district 13 as a neighbor and as a friend. Our feedback is sought and appreciated- please let me know what topics you'd like to know about. http://www.housemajority.org/item.php?id=gatt20080320-497
It appears his only message at this time is oil and energy plans. Certainly nothing on the National Animal Identification System. Why is his page blank on this issue as with all the other elected representatives? They have been sent the information, but have they read it? When Mr. Gatto and I spoke of NAIS he clearly pointed out in a very nervous way he reads all email's and then answers them. Funny I have never received a response back from him. He stated he has no time to read the documents. Yet this man writes bills, sponsors bills, passes bills to make them into law without understanding them but yet it is clear he has studied and read everything on the Gas pipeline? Carl is the representative of Palmer District 13, which includes a livestock farming district.
Well how can he answer the Questions on NAIS when he refuses to read the documents. How can any one of the ELECTED Representatives become informed if they refuse to read and understand the published documents?
